Achieving SOC 2 TYPE 2 showcases our ongoing commitment to privacy and security and reinforces our rigorous policies and procedures to safeguard customer data.

How did we achieve SOC 2 TYPE 2?

Manch partnered with Sprinto - which seamlessly integrates with our existing tools and automatically collects evidence with 100% continuous monitoring, ensuring we leave no loose threads when it comes to security and privacy.

As part of the process Manch underwent a SOC 2 audit, which is an independent evaluation of a company's internal controls and procedures related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. This is followed by the SOC 2 report, which contains the independent auditor’s detailed opinion on the design and operating effectiveness of the organization’s internal controls.

We pride in receiving the SOC 2 audit report, to build even greater trust among our customers regarding our security measures to confidential information.

Manch Achieves ISO 27001 Certification of Information Security Management System

ISO 27001 provides guidelines for a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) and is considered to be the gold standard when it comes to information security. The certification is a testimony to the meticulous security process and practices which the company and employees have been following ever since its inception.

The auditing team evaluated the entire organization—to certify that the systems, facilities, people, and infrastructure uphold the best practices established by the ISO.

Manch secures $1.1M pre-Series A round

Bengaluru-based Manch Technologies, a SaaS-based zero-coding digital transformation platform on Tuesday closed a $ 1.1 million pre-Series A round led by Bharat Inclusion Seed Fund with participation from Pentathlon Ventures.

The 2017-founded startup had raised earlier rounds of funding from lead angel investor Asvini Kumar and his associates. Asvini was the co-founder and CEO of NSE listed Thinksoft Global Services Ltd (now Expleo Solutions Ltd).

According to the official statement, the new funding will be put towards stepping up its growth internationally and product development initiatives.

Manch is also hiring more staff in business development and marketing, and plans to significantly increase investment across marketing, sales, and customer support functions as it gears up to scale.

Automating business processes

The platform claims to have over 30 customers in India and abroad who use Manch to automate their business processes such as customer, vendor and merchant engagement, contract execution workflows, workforce management, identity verification, fraud control, and lending marketplace.

The API-rich, zero-coding platform helps achieve rapid implementation, enabling a paperless, contactless, cashless business environment.

The platform has been well received by several marquee brands in India, including Dunzo, NetAmbit, Paytm Money, PharmEasy, Swiggy, and Xiaomi. These companies have realised significant cost savings, optimisation in the deployment of their resources, and, in many instances, growth in their topline. Manch has so far processed more than three million transactions.
